| RINGS AND BEVEL GEARS The rolling department is located in Solbiate Arno, in a facility which consists of 30.000 square meters, 15.000 of which are under roof. The production range is offered in carbon steel and in alloy steels , casehardening steel, nitriding steel and hardening and tempering steel. The high specialization and the great experience in the rolling can be found also in the fleet of machines which nowadays has available rolling mills which have been completely designed and developed by Molla srl. Eight production lines ensure rapidity in the reaction time, flexibility and continuity in the supply to the customers. The heat treatment facility is located in Morazzone ( Va ) at 6 kilometers from the rolling department and it covers an area of 27.000 square meters, 17.000 of which are under roof. It consists of two continuous furnaces with protective atmosphere which can carry out the heat treatment of normalization, isothermal annealing and hardening and tempering ( in oil). |
